Goulash | Burgers | Meatballs | Bread

Our kids' favourite Beef Burgers (if you wish to make your own)

Serves 4

  • 1 lb mince
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Freshly grinded salt and pepper

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix very thoroughly. Divide the mixture into small balls of equal size, and with the palm of your hand, flatten them to the desired thickness and grill them on the BBQ.

Double or triple the recipe. Harry, Rosie and even Florence (our toddler) can eat enormous quantities of the burgers. Leftovers can be heated up in the microwave or cut into some tomato sauce for a nice pasta dish.
