Our continued commitment to quality from farm to fork ensures their journey to our local abattoir is kept as short and as stress free as possible. The beef is then hung for 3 weeks prior to butchering thus ensuring tenderness and maximum flavour.

In times of food scares and uncertainty in food quality we aim to bring you food that is produced to the highest welfare standards in the absence of any herbicides, pesticides or fungicides.

To ensure you get the cuts you want, especially with large orders, please register your interest with us so that we can ring you and take your order before an animal goes for slaughter.

Orders pre-butchering can be delivered fresh
otherwise all orders are frozen.
