All our flour is milled from unique organic cereals grown exclusively on Gilchesters Organic Farm.
Our wheat, spelt and rye have been developed in association with the Swiss organic plant breeders, Sativa whose seeds are only available to organic growers. These have been developed for UK production exclusively with Gilchesters Organics in Northumberland.

This naturally strong flour with no added gluten, represents the first truly organic process from the breeding to the baking and guarantees that your flour is made from 100% English grown organic cereals, free from herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or GM.

The cereals are stone ground at a 250-year-old local watermill, the oldest registered traditional organic mill in the North of England. This ensures your flour is of the highest nutritional value from a completely sustainable energy source.

These flours are excellent in all traditional bread recipes, cakes and pastries.
